Mission & Vision
The Mission of Montessori School of Dayton is to create a welcoming school environment where a child can learn, build friendships, and experience opportunities for leadership. We accomplish these goals through:
- Utilizing only trained and experienced Montessori teachers
- Providing on-going training and education for our teachers in the best teaching and child development methods
- Educating the children in and demonstrating respect for each other and each other’s work
- Enhancing the building and classrooms for the benefit of the children and the learning experience
- Offering extracurricular activities to enhance the educational, artistic and well being of our students
- Creating opportunities for children to lead and own parts of their educational experience
- Open up opportunities to learn beyond the boundaries of the classroom
